MOOD Angel is operated by Integral Hair Solutions Ltd, 26 King Edward Road, Maidstone, Kent, ME15 6PJ. We are the data controller for the information described below.
What we collect when you sign up
- Salon name and your name — so we know who the account belongs to and can address you properly.
- Email address — to send your access code and support you.
- Postcode — so we can see which areas we are covering and plan support and visits.
- Phone number (optional) — support contact only. We do not add you to a marketing call or text list.
- Marketing preference — whether you ticked the optional box, and when.
What we collect while you use the app
- Usage counts — how many questions your salon has asked today and this month, and when the code was last used. This enforces fair-use limits.
- Your questions are sent to Anthropic, our AI provider, to generate an answer. We do not store your conversations. Chat history stays in your browser and is cleared when you close the session.
Why we are allowed to hold it
Your signup details and usage counts are processed to provide the service you asked for (contract), and to run and support it properly (legitimate interests). Marketing emails are sent only with your consent — the box is unticked by default.
How long we keep it
- Salons that sign up but don't complete payment: deleted 12 months after signing up.
- Paying salons: kept while you subscribe, then deleted 12 months after you leave.
Basic invoicing records may be kept longer where tax law requires it.
Who can see it
Only Robbie Atherton and Rachel Atherton at Integral Hair Solutions. We do not sell your data or share it with other salons. We use these service providers to run the app:
- Stripe — payments and subscriptions. Your card details go to Stripe directly and are never seen or stored by us
- Supabase — database hosting
- Netlify — website and app hosting
- Resend — sending your code email
- Anthropic — generating the AI answers
Marketing emails
Only if you ticked the box. You can stop them at any time by replying to any email and saying so — we will action it and confirm.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it. Email robbie@integralhairsolutions.com and we will deal with it within one month. If you delete your data, your access code stops working.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
